Manage Pages Custom Columns plugin released
I just released Version 1.0 of Manage Pages Custom Columns, a plugin for WordPress.
This plugin makes it possible to do what I talk about yesterday (add custom columns to the Manage Posts screen) on the Manage Pages screen. There’s been a long-open enhancement request to implement this in the WordPress core. I don’t see that happening anytime soon (and neither do those who’ve bumped the milestone from 2.0.1 to 2.1 to 2.2 to 2.3 to it’s current 2.4), so here’s a plugin to fill the void.
Keep a look out here for another tutorial that expands on the one yesterday. Here’s a hint though: it’ll be short. All that needs to be done is activate this plugin and implement the action/filter pair it provides: manage_pages_custom_column and manage_pages_columns.
